relaxation STATION

MAJOR chill day today. I went to the doctor this morning (for like the bazillionth time) and my former chest-sinus-pneumonia-infection-scenario is still lingering... SO no gym for the week. I'm legit going to die. THAT'S ALL I DO. work, eat, rage (when possible) and GYM. But, I seriously can't handle being sick anymore. So I gotta do what the doctor orders. SO, my day off from work today consisted of trying on outfits #classic, blogging, reading magazines and then I'll be watching PLL tonight.. WOW I am SUCH a girl. I'm kinda into it. I just hate sitting around and not doing anything, my A.D.D kicks in majorly and it's all downhill from there.

HAPPY NATIONAL TACO DAY! Unfortunately, my current diet forbids it... #buzzkill. Speaking of diets... stumbled upon this recipe and I just HAD to blog about it. These squares include rainbow sprinkles... like HELLO. #signmeup. But for reals, here's the recipe and I will be making them in the near future FOR SURE. Afterall, it's all about moderation RIGHT?

Happy baking and PLL!

cake batter blondies.

ingredients:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake mix and sprinkles in a large bowl, then mix in the oil and egg. Add the milk slowly just until the batter is combined – you want it to remain as dense as possible. Place better in a greased 8×8 pan or 8-inch cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or just until the edges turn golden. Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting because the gooey center needs to set. The result will be a decadent, cake-batter texture.
