I promise that this is the last time I mention the #MMVAs for awhile. Actually, I have interview audio that I need to post here tomorrow morning, so after that, it'll be the last time I mention the #MMVAs. Okay? #good

OK SO WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN! My partner in crime, Jax (from our sister station, C100) and I met downtown Toronto early Sunday morning. We were so eager... it was precious. We acquired our media passes... & then realized we had 6 hours to burn. What did we do? We legit went on a dessets-and-outlets-pubcrawl. OH YA. aka we visited at least 4 bars so that we could a) pee, b) use their electrical outlets for our gadgets and c) eat (it was that or drink, so I ate a couple cookies #sueme). After hours of MAD prep and getting ready... it was GO TIME. I also got a sweet tan. BONUS 

Ps. spanx to all The BOUNCE fans who commented on the Facebook page/ Instagram & voted for me to wear the Forever 21 red dress! On she went & I paired it with Steve Madden heels! #StylEtts 


We arrived inside at the Media Room in perfect timing & snagged the front row (it actually didn't really make a difference; but we were closest to the stars so BOO YA). After a celeb performed or presented, they headed inside for 1on1s with MUCH VJs, eTalk, E! Channel, toronto radio jocks and thennnnn entered the Media Room... cue: Rachel asking questions. I asked soooo many artists questions about Halifax, their-day-off-routine and how important social media is to them! Audio is up on Soundcloud! 



My Fave celeb? Lorde. She was SO chill, down-to-earth & mature even though she's only 17. Here's a comparison for ya, Ariana Grande is THREE YEARS OLDER THAN HER. #scarystuff

Serious Fashion Trends Most female celebs were rockin' metallic-coloured-body-hugging-mini-dresses with MAD sparkles and glitter. Who doesn't love a snazzy short little number?  But I also loved Jena Malone from the Hunger Games & eTalk corespondent Danielle who wore the classic one-piece-outfit (crop top and a long fitted skirt).. see below on the left. 

My take on Best Dressed? E! Channel host Chloe Wilde in her fitted metallic dress! The colour, the length, the fit... it was perfection. Sidebar: I met her & legit raved on about how I appreciate her classy fashion choices- HAHA. But hey, people don't compliment enough these days so I figured I'd help a girl out! 

Now time for the FASHION SCANDALS OF THE NIGHT. My favourite part.

TOP- MUCH VJ Liz. Fun fact: A girl I went to high school with designed this dress for her!! Wicked, hey? Do I LOVE the colour, YES. Do I LOVE Liz's makeup and hair, YES. Are you a yay or nay? 

As for the Jenners... I may make fun of them from time to time (it's my job OK) and although they are not the best of hosts... DAYMNNNNN they dress well. Kendall's dress is legit so hot I can't even handle it. Commando... with those slits.... YOU GO GIRL Ps. they walked by me in the hall... I said hello... they kinda murmured "hi" back... I panicked... they are the tiniest of humans... and this is all I remember HAHA 

And then, this happened. I kept getting tweet after tweet all night long of girls asking for Marianas Trench pictures and deets... So there ya go Halifax! :)

Ok I'm REAL snoozy. Just writing all that out is exhausting! It was legit the best night ever... I'm leaving so many deets out- but one cannot schmooze & tell! ;)
